At Quartier des marinas, we are committed to providing a welcoming and respectful environment, while facilitating access to our common areas for guests with special needs.

We strive to offer clear and transparent information, allowing everyone to assess whether our property adequately meets their individual needs.

The hotel’s main entrance, located on Principale Street, is level with the sidewalk and accessible to guests with reduced mobility.
It is equipped with an automatic door with a push-button, providing independent access to the reception area and ground-floor common spaces.

Heated Indoor Parking
An indoor parking facility is available at the rear of the hotel, by prior reservation and for an additional fee.
Access to the hotel is then provided via stairs or elevator, allowing guests to reach the reception area and all floors.
The elevator also serves this parking level.

Maximum Height – 7′6″ / 2.28 m

Outdoor Parking
Complimentary outdoor parking is also available. As the number of spaces is limited, parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact the reception desk for more information.

If no spaces are available, public parking operated by the City of Magog is located nearby.

The hotel is equipped with an elevator accessible to guests with reduced mobility, featuring controls at an adapted height.
The elevator provides access to all floors as well as the underground parking.

Hallways and circulation areas have been designed to ensure smooth, unobstructed movement throughout the common spaces.

While the hotel is accessible throughout its common areas, elevators, and circulation spaces, our accommodation units are not adapted for guests using walkers or wheelchairs.

More specifically:

  • Certain kitchens do not allow adequate wheelchair circulation.
  • None of our bathrooms are adapted for wheelchair use or mobility aids.

We invite guests with specific accessibility needs to contact our team prior to booking in order to confirm whether our accommodations are suitable for their requirements.

Service animals are permitted in all rooms at no additional charge, in accordance with applicable regulations.
A valid certification may be required upon request.
