Before your arrival

Our reception desk is open from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Outside of reception hours, an emergency contact number is available to ensure our guests receive assistance and support at all times if needed: 844-494-2494 – Option 3.

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you wish to request an early check-in or a late check-out, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We offer the following parking options:

  • Indoor garage, with limited availability, offered at a rate of $25 per day. Advance reservation is required by contacting our reception team. Maximum Height – 7′6″ / 2.28 m
  • Outdoor parking lot, complimentary, located at the corner of Merry Street and Principale Ouest (719 Principale Ouest Street). No reservation is required. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and space is not guaranteed.

We are pleased to welcome dogs. Dog-friendly suites are located exclusively on the 1st and 2nd floors of the hotel. Fees may apply depending on the type of reservation.

Our hotel offers amenities for guests with reduced mobility, including elevators and access ramps. However, our suites are not designed to accommodate wheelchair users. Please inform us of your specific needs at the time of booking.

Our cancellation and modification policy varies depending on the type of reservation and rate. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact our reservations team for assistance.

We offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, so you can stay connected during your stay.
